Today went for my run in the afternoon because of the rain in the morning. Clocked in at 25:11 was slightly better than the previous by several seconds despite wearing a heavier shoes. =)

After my run went for my cool down session then went off, the moment I left the stadium I saw a 243 pass me. I ran to chase the bus though I was very tired.

After everything went to meet gf walk here and there before receiving my Christmas present and off to Swensen's.

Early in the morning went running with xin around 9 am ++. We ran like 4km and I had a new personal timing =) 25:15 yeah got improve. Aiming to clock in 20mins.

Simply coincidence, tomorrow going for my cousin wedding at Hotel Miramar which few weeks back I had went there for Jaime's wedding. haha

Today when for a run, slow and steady I ran 4km in 27:41. That will be my benchmark and slowly I will improve.


Recently I kept think through on what kind of career I really want go for all this. Finally got an answer.
Hope everything goes smoothly.

Everyone is just treating each other as a stepping stone.

Here comes the main present, A gym bag!!! =) Filled with alot of things, there are cup noodles and the wang wang xian bei and wang wang xue bing. All because I always say I am hungry.
